These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”, or “Agreement”) govern the relationship between Bharathev (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) and the user (“You”, “User”, “Your”) who accesses or uses our electric vehicle (EV) charging platform, EV charging stations, website, and mobile applications.

Bharathev operates and manages EV charging infrastructure and digital platforms designed to support electric vehicle charging services across India.

Wallet balance (if any) will be refunded after verification.

  • Reverse engineer platform
  • Copy or modify platform
  • Use for illegal activities

Service Modifications

Bharathev may change services or pricing anytime without notice.

Intellectual Property

All platform content belongs to Bharathev.
